Possible cause:
1, The button is no working
2, the controller board is not working
3, the card has no authority

Inspection measures:
1,check whether there is something wrong with the elevator buttons, or there is something wrong with cable connection of the elevator button .
2,Check whether the relevant authority floor controller board terminal has signal output or not.
3,the card authority is not for the controlled floors.
