Possible cause:
For the new data collector (DT0410 V2.3 version), there is a SW1 switch at the bottom of the collector, it is used to switch 232 or 485 communication signal. If it is not chosen correctly, it will bring out the above problem.
Solution:
Turn the switch in the other direction and download again.
